Welcome to MyBraids.com (“MyBraids”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, and all purchases made through our online store (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using MyBraids.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the site immediately.


1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
1.2 We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
1.3 You agree not to misuse or interfere with the functioning of our website, servers, or any connected systems.


2. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

2.1 All products listed on MyBraids.com are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or modify product information at any time.
2.2 Colors and product images are displayed as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect the true color or texture.
2.3 All braided wigs and extension products are custom-prepared and/or quality-checked before dispatch, which may affect shipping timelines.


3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION

3.1 Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason.
3.2 You agree to provide accurate billing/shipping information. Orders may be canceled if information cannot be verified.
3.3 We do not allow cancellations once an order has been processed, shipped, or prepared for dispatch.


4. PRICING & PAYMENTS

4.1 Prices are subject to change without notice.
4.2 All payments must be completed at checkout. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal (if enabled), and any payment method supported by Shopify.
4.3 We reserve the right to refuse any transaction suspected of fraud, misuse, reselling, or policy violation.


5. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & PROCESSING TIMES

5.1 Processing Time: Orders typically require 1–2 business days for verification and handling.
5.2 Shipping Time: Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
5.3 During holidays, sales periods, peak seasons, inventory delays, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances, shipping times may be extended.
5.4 We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, or any circumstances beyond our control.
5.5 Once an order shows “Delivered” by the carrier, MyBraids.com is no longer responsible. Lost or stolen packages after carrier delivery scans must be resolved directly with the carrier.
5.6 Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate addresses. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error will not be refunded.


6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES.
6.1 Due to the nature of hair products and for strict hygiene and safety compliance, we cannot accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances unless required by applicable law.
6.2 If a product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.
6.3 If approved, replacements will be issued at our discretion. Refunds are issued only when replacements are unavailable.
6.4 Items worn, altered, installed, brushed, cut, dyed, manipulated, or exposed to fragrances, heat, or styling products are automatically ineligible for replacement.


7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

7.1 If you order from outside the U.S., customs fees, duties, VAT, import taxes, and clearance charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
7.2 MyBraids.com is not responsible for international shipping delays or packages held by customs.


8. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

8.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
8.2 Any activity under your account is considered your responsibility.
8.3 We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, policy violations, or harmful behavior.


9. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Resell or commercially exploit the Site or products without authorization

  • Engage in fraudulent purchases or chargeback abuse

  • Interfere with security features or systems

  • Scrape, extract, or copy data from the website

  • Use bots, scripts, or automation to manipulate processes

Violations may lead to account termination, order cancellation, and potential legal action.


10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

10.1 All content—images, logos, product descriptions, text, branding, trademarks—belongs exclusively to MyBraids.com.
10.2 Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our content is strictly prohibited.


11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

11.1 The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
11.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free functionality, or that the website will always be available.
11.3 Product results such as styling longevity, durability, or color accuracy may vary depending on use.


12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
12.1 MyBraids.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, profits, or property.
12.2 Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
12.3 We are not responsible for allergic reactions, improper installations, or misuse of products.


13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyBraids.com, its owners, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the site or violation of these Terms.
